Can you manage my holiday home while I’m away?
Yes. We offer a fully managed holiday let service – ideal for owners who live outside Cornwall or don’t want to handle the day-to-day running of their property. If you’re on a bookings-only service, we can still take care of your cottage while you’re away for a small additional fee.
What regulations do I need to comply with?
Holiday letting regulations can be confusing, but we’re here to help. We’ve put together a detailed guide to help owners stay compliant with UK holiday let safety regulations, including fire safety, gas certificates, and PAT testing.
Can I keep my current housekeeper?
Of course. If you already have a housekeeper or housekeeping company you trust, we’ll happily continue working with them. We’ll send booking schedules and guest details directly so everything runs smoothly. If you choose to use our fully managed service we will find a great housekeeper for you.
