Jo steers the ship at Mounts Bay Holidays, quite literally! Based near Falmouth, she’s a keen sailor who, along with her husband, sailed the Cornish coast and beyond. Jo brings vision, experience, and a true passion for Cornwall’s coast and countryside.
General Manager
With a calm and capable approach, Samantha keeps the day-to-day running smoothly. Outside of work, you’ll often find her riding her horse through Mounts Bay’s quieter corners, enjoying the peace and freedom of the great outdoors.
Marketing Manager
Mandy is the creative voice behind our brand. She’s a travel-lover and beach addict who also enjoys camping and keeping active at the gym. Mandy’s passion for Cornwall shines through in every blog, social post and campaign.
Administrator
Organised, warm, and always smiling, Louise is the friendly face of our office. She loves walking her dog along the Cornish coast and knows all the best local spots. And if you’re holidaying with a furry friend, don’t be surprised if they get a special treat—she makes sure every dog who visits is properly welcomed!
Operations Manager
Steve is our go-to guy for ensuring our changeovers are efficient and our housekeepers are happy. He’s passionate about delivering spotless stays and top-quality standards—and when he’s not managing changeovers, you’ll find him indulging his love of cars.
