Penhale and Mizzle
While we lived in London, Mounts Bay Holidays (previously Porthleven Holiday Cottages) manged our cottage throughout the year in respect of housekeeping and changeovers when booked by holiday guests. Later we took over the management and the company provided bookings. The team would always step in and cover for us if were away on hoilay or unable to facitilate due to ill health. We have nothing but praise for the way the team have managed our property over the years and would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone else thinking of letting their property.
Tower House
We let our property with Mounts Bay Holidays (previously PHC) for 7 years. The team provided a fully managed service for our property. They provide an excellent service and go above and beyond to look after the property and our guests. Any issues are always dealt with quickly and with integrity. We would absolutely recommend working with them to anyone who is thinking of letting their property for self-catering.
The Old Butchers
We joined with Mounts Bay Holidays in May having bought an existing holiday let in Porthleven. They were excellent at guiding us through the process and explaining everything we needed to know from changeovers to regulatory requirements. We are thrilled with the service we have received and the bookings are doing great too.
Beach Cottage
