1 Jerboa Cottages

This lovely stone fronted traditional Cornish cottage is nestled on the far side of the harbour. It offers the perfect central location to enjoy village life. Well proportioned and furnished to a high standard, 1 Jerboa Cottages is a delight. The beach and coast path are just 5 minutes walk away and you can enjoy evenings on the small patio to the front watching the boats roll into the harbour.

On the ground floor is an open plan living area.  The fully fitted kitchen, installed in 2024, has everything you would need for evenings when you want to eat in – including integrated dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and fridge/freezer and a table and chairs to seat four. The living room space has comfortable sofas to sink into after a day of exploring. Cosy up with hot coco in front of the open fire or catch up on your favourite shows on the SMART TV. The living rooms looks out towards the harbour. Perfect for watching the world go by.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The double bedroom, with king bed and a single bedroom are the front of the property. There is another single bedroom and family shower room at the rear.  Oil central heating and good quality bed linen and towels are provided.

At the rear of the property is a small enclosed courtyard. Parking is available on the quayside (not reserved) or the Porthleven Shipyard.

With the next door property 2 Jerboa Cottages, there is the opportunity for extended family and friends to holiday together.

• This is an old Cornish cottage and the interior stairs are steep.
