To the front of the property, a private patio looks directly out over the harbour and sea — complete with a teak table and chairs, it’s the perfect spot for alfresco dining or evening drinks as the sun sets.
Inside, the bright and comfortable living room features large sofas and armchairs, a coffee table, and a Freeview TV — a relaxing space to unwind after a day exploring the coast. The beautifully designed kitchen and dining area feature a contemporary kitchen with solid oak worktops and integrated appliances. With seating for up to eight people and direct access to the front terrace, it’s made for sociable meals and long summer evenings outdoors.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a double bedroom with ensuite shower room. Upstairs, there’s a king bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bunk room, and a family bathroom. All upstairs bedrooms enjoy stunning views across the outer harbour and out to sea.

We have stayed in Porthleven many times, Cordelia house is the best location we have had. I was slightly concerned that there might be some noise from the Ship, but in fact it was incredibly peaceful with few people passing in front. Given we had 3 cars we had no problem parking outside most of the time. Couldn’t really be more positive about the property!
What a wonderful week. The property was perfectly located for us all and had everything we needed for our family. Wonderful memories made all round. Amazing views, short walk to all the amenities in Porthleven with lovely restaurants and shops. From walking in to tasty treats in the welcome pack to comfy beds, can’t wait to come back. Thank you.

We were a family group of seven, plus a dog. We all had a great stay in Cordelia House. The windows overlooking the harbour and coastline beyond ensured there was always something interesting to watch. The beds were comfy, the house was warm and very well equipped - it was very hard to leave. I’m sure we will return!

Cordelia is ideal for our family of six. Paddle boarding was priority this year, and Porthleven is ideal for this. We enjoyed all the pubs and eateries. All credit to the Team in the Office, all our queries were dealt with in very friendly way. Many thanks.
The Office Staff were very friendly and helpful, and communication was spot on. Cordellia House was clean, tidy and had all we wanted. I would say overall the whole package was superb. We've already booked Cordellia House for 2022 and 2023.
On our arrival we were stunned by the location, and the view from the balcony and most of the rooms. The house was beautifully prepared, and we could not fault it on any count.
