About Gulls Way
This luxurious cottage, just a short walk from the village, comes to us from the owners of the luxurious Trigg Cottage and is of the same 5 star standard.
The cottage is perfectly located for the shops restaurants and beaches that Porthleven has to offer.
The ground floor has a fully fitted kitchen with an open plan to the dining area. The kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, granite worktops and breakfast bar. In the welcome tray you will find Cornish goodies for you to enjoy.
The separate luxurious living room has a wood burning stove and french doors onto a small decked seating and across the road is a small seaside seating area from which to experience beautiful ocean views and sunsets over Porthleven.
Upstairs is the bedroom with king sized bed and sea views. The ensuite bathroom has a shower and large free standing bath. The perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. Quality bed linen, towels and complimentary toiletries included.

Gulls Way was an extremely comfortable cottage to stay in. Beautiful views from the small grassed and decked areas. We've stayed in Porthleven many times. This is now our favourite cottage. Will definitely book again.

Another great stay in this lovely cottage. New Years eve was very interesting with gale force winds for several hours but the views from the lovely, warm sitting room were just what was needed. We shall return again.

Gulls Way is a fantastic cottage. The layout and amenities are really well thought out . First holiday cottage I have stayed in that has plenty of wardrobe space, with plenty of hangers! The small area to check emails was really appreciated in our modern day lives. Kitchen well equipped. Cosy, cleverly thought out cottage, and very warm. I have already rebooked for next year.
The cottage with superb with everything you need and well thought out. Of all the places we've stayed in Porthleven over the years (about 20ish) Gulls Way is up there with the best. Can't wait to come back!
