Honeypot Cottage

A traditional stone fronted cottage with plenty of character and charm. Honeypot has two double bedrooms, providing is a spacious holiday home with for a couple or a family (who don’t mind the shared bathroom located through the master bedroom). There is a delightful, enclosed garden with decking and garden furniture. Dogs are welcome and the property is just a 5 minutes walk into Porthleven.

Inside

On entering through the front door, you will find the living room with comfy sofas, an open fire and TV. Honeypot is tastefully decorated with shabby-chic seaside cottage theme that pays reference to its location in Porthleven. The open plan dining area has a country style table and chairs and leads to the kitchen. The kitchen has all you would need for cooking and dining on the days you don’t venture into Porthleven to sample the delicious local cuisine. Included is a cooker, breakfast table and under-counter fridge with box freezer.

Upstairs is the master bedroom decorated in greys and whites, with a double bed. The family size bathroom is accessed through the master bedroom and has a lovely roll-top bath and separate shower. There is a further bedroom to the front of the property which can accommodate a young or older child in a double bed. Due to the location of the bathroom Honeypot is ideally suited as a spacious holiday home for a couple, however, it can accommodate another family member if everyone is comfortable with the bathroom location.

Outside

The outside space is accessed through the kitchen or a door from the bathroom. You will find a tranquil, fully enclosed garden with patio furniture, a grassed area surrounded by trees and decked area with garden sofa.

Honeypot is a comfortable and homely place to use as a base for exploring Porthleven the surrounding areas.

The property accepts dogs and there is parking for one car in front of the garage.

• The space in front of the garage is suitable for a medium sized car.
• A complimentary starter pack of logs and kindling is provided for stays between October half term and Easter.
