With uninterrupted sea views, the property boasts a prime location with vistas towards Porthleven Harbour and Mounts Bay to the west, and Loe Bar and the rugged cliffs of the Lizard Peninsula to the east.

Open the entrance door on the middle floor and take the stairs up to the top floor where you will you’ll find two beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms, both designed for maximum comfort and relaxation, with large windows that allow natural light to flood the rooms and offer panoramic views of the ocean. The double bedroom has doors opening onto a Juliette balcony designed so that when you draw the curtains in the morning you can enjoy your morning coffee in bed, with the perfect sea view. The second bedroom is a twin, ensuite, with two sky-lights.

On the middle floor, the inviting living room offers a cosy wood burner, creating the perfect atmosphere for snuggling up on the sofa when evenings are cooler.  Two large sliding doors lead to a glass-fronted balcony, where you can enjoy the breathtaking vistas over the Atlantic with Porthleven Harbour and Mounts Bay to the west, and Loe Bar and the dramatic cliffs of the Lizard Peninsula to the east.

The ground floor is where you’ll find a cozy king bedroom, with adjacent bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a king bed and sliding doors that open onto a large decked patio, seamlessly extending the indoor living space into the garden. The kitchen, with its modern appliances and beach house decor, is perfect for preparing meals to enjoy outdoors or at the family sized dining table with views out to sea. Next to the kitchen is a useful utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The garden, a mix of decked patio and a lush grassy area, offers a peaceful retreat with plenty of outdoor furniture, ideal for soaking up the sun or watching the waves crash against the cliffs below.

The entire home is decorated in a relaxed beach house style, with natural materials, light colours, and nautical touches that reflect the stunning coastal surroundings. Whether you’re sipping coffee on the balcony, dining al fresco on the patio, or simply relaxing in the living room, this beach house offers the perfect seaside escape.

To note

• There are three floors in the property. The layout has the entrance at the middle floor, upstairs to an ensuite double bed and an ensuite twin bedroom. On the middle floor is the living room and WC. On the ground floor is king bedroom, adjacent bathroom and the kitchen with access to decked patio.
• There is private parking for 2 cars and steps leading down to the front door.
• The garden is fully fenced but there is a steep drop off at the bottom of the garden and caution is advised.
• A complimentary starter pack of logs and kindling is provided for stays between October half term and Easter.
