Little Trigg

This beautifully designed cottage is just a few moments from Porthleven’s beach. Although there is no sea view, open the window and you will hear the sea! What a wonderful way to wake up. Take your morning coffee or afternoon BBQ down to the beach right on your doorstep and find a quiet spot to enjoy wave watching. Little Trigg is conveniently located on the route of the South West Coast path and just a few minutes walk into the centre of Porthleven.

Enter on the ground floor and you will find a cosy double bedroom with Scandinavian style painted furniture complimented by pastel coloured soft furnishings.

The small shower room, with marble tiles and wet room style shower is located just off the hallway next to the bedroom. In the alcove under the stairs is a chest of draws and under stairs cupboard with a small table and chairs to use outside.

Up the elegant oak stair case is the vaulted open plan living/dining room featuring a large wood burning stove. The lovely coastal theme runs through-out the property with painted furniture, wooden flooring and exposed beams. There is a large comfy sofa, antique pine dining table and chairs, flat screen TV with Freesat.

The separate kitchen is well equipped with oven, airfryer, hob, slim-line dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, Belfast style sink and plenty of cupboard space for two.

• There is a washer/dryer located in the main hallway downstairs.
• Parking is available off road beside the main house.
• Sorry – No dogs allowed at Little Trigg
• A complimentary starter pack of logs and kindling is provided for stays between October half term and Easter.
