About Quarterdeck
This beautiful contemporary maisonette has a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area with glass doors that open onto a sun terrace at the front.
The Quarterdeck is a modern maisonette, perfect for families who want to explore Porthleven and the surrounding area. The high-gloss modern kitchen has integrated appliances and granite work surface, including a washer/dryer, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The spacious living area is furnished with high quality oak furniture and large L-shaped sofa. There is a Smart TV and DAB radio and a separate WC on the ground floor.
On the first floor is the master bedroom with large windows opening onto a Juliette balcony with views towards the harbour, built in cupboards and en-suite bathroom. There is a twin bedroom at the rear with build-in cupboard and large family shower room next door. The twin bed can be made up as a king.
Outside there is private parking for one car located at the rear of the apartments.
Located just steps from the harbour, the village shops and local amenities. 10 minutes walk to Porthleven Beach and just 5 minutes to the south-West coastal path, this property is ideal for families.

We have stayed at the Quarterdeck for several years and feel it is like coming home. We always know just what to expect with the cleanliness and overall appearance of the property. This year the bedrooms had had a makeover which was a lovely surprise with new furnishings, bedding and beds - thank you.

We had a lovely week at The Quarerdeck. The property was in the perfect location to enjoy Porthleven. The property was spotlessly clean, modern & well maintained. We really enjoyed having breakfast on the patio. We will definitely return to The Quaterdeck.
This is our 4th year of holidaying with you and we have already booked again for next year. The apartment is always clean, tidy and homely. Porthleven is like 'coming home'; we love that it is not commercialised but that we can still enjoy the beach, eat out and also travel not too far for other beaches, gardens etc.
The staff at Porthleven Holiday Cottages were always helpful and replied to or dealt with any questions I had promptly and efficiently. The property was excellent, clean, welcoming and comfortable. We fully intend to book again ASAP.
