About Sanibel
From the hallway you will enter the spacious open plan living area. The modern kitchen has integrated appliances and granite work surfaces, perfect for those who wish to eat in or create a delicious breakfast to share on the terrace. The kitchen includes dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and fridge freezer. There is a table and four chairs for dining.
The airy living area has two comfortable sofas, TV with Sky and a radio. French doors open onto a sun terrace with table and chairs. A splendid spot for your morning coffee or sipping your favourite drink at the end of a day. There is a separate WC in the hallway.
On the first floor you will find two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, built in cupboards, en-suite bathroom and Juliette balcony with views towards the harbour. The twin room is the at the back of the property and shares the shower room.

We have enjoyed many holiday rentals in Porthleven over the many years that we have been visiting and have found Sanibel fantastic in every way.. Sanibel is quality, comfort and is always very clean which are all top priorities for us..
Love Sanibel, it is in a great location in Porthleven the accommodation is very well kept, warm and well equipped. Sitting out on the front patio with a coffee is great, we like to do that on a morning at home, so to be able to that in such a great location is wonderful. Having off road parking is a bonus as many places in Porthleven do not have them. All in all a great holiday home and the best we have stayed in, in Porthleven and beyond.

Really enjoyable stay. Sanibel is a superb holiday let. It is our second stay in the property.
We have enjoyed staying at all of the properties we have booked over the last 10 years - three at The Monterey, Haughton Beach House, The Shrubberies and The Tower House. All have been well equipped and comfortable and in good locations- we will be re-booking Sanibel in future!
