About Spinnakers
This beautiful contemporary maisonette makes for a perfect holiday home in Cornwall, with a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area with glass doors that open onto a sun terrace at the front. The modern kitchen has integrated appliances and granite work surfaces while the spacious living area is furnished with beautiful oak furniture. A large L-shaped sofa with Smart TV and a digital radio complete the living area. There is a separate WC on the ground floor.
On the first floor is the master bedroom with large windows with views towards the harbour, built in cupboards a en suite bathroom.
The twin bedroom at the rear has a built-in cupboard for storage and is next to the shower room.
Outside there is private parking for one car at the rear of the apartments.
Spinnakers is located just steps from the harbour, the village shops and local amenities. In just 10 minutes you can walk to Porthleven Beach and 5 minutes to the south-west coastal path making this property ideal for families.

Love Porthleven and we have stayed in this property 6 times now. Love the accessibility and parking. The location is perfect, our toddler granddaughter could see the park from our bedroom. The enclosed courtyard garden is perfect for her and the dog.
We have visited Porthleven and stayed in many different properties but this one was our best yet. Previous trips where parking was an issue meant the dedicated spot was perfectly easy. We have stayed in this property many times and love it for it's proximity to the Harbour and shops and restaurants. The accommodation suited all our needs of a multigenerational holiday.
Within five minutes after our arrival, we felt being home away from home - and that is really hard to achieve when comes to the high expectations I have when being away from home. The apartment was perfectly clean!!! It was in perfect conditions and very well equipped. Everything looked and felt being brand new - even the mattress of the bed in the master bedroom. It's been a blast staying in Spinnakers for two weeks. A huge 'Thank You' to Damelza, Melanie, and all the other great people in the office of Portleven Holiday Cottages! You guys are doing a marvellous job - and you made our 2017 holiday in Cornwall the best we've ever had.
