Situated on the second floor of The Monterey Building, this modern, stylish holiday home is perfect for four and offers a comfortable space from which to explore Porthleven and the surrounding South West Cornwall.

The layout is over a single floor with a spacious open plan layout. On entering the main hallway there are two double bedrooms facing the rear of the property. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, an en-suite and Juliette balcony looking towards the playpark. The second bedroom has a double bed and there is a separate family bathroom.

A hallway leads to a spacious open plan living and dining area. A contemporary kitchen has everything you need for a night in creating your own dishes. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, washing/dryer and 60/40 fridge freezer.

The living area provides a light space in which to relax with comfortable sofas, TV and French doors leading to a small balcony. With dual aspect windows and views towards the park, the space is has a light and airy feel. There is a small table and chairs on the balcony making it the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee in the sunshine before heading out for a day of exploring.
