This traditional, granite fronted, terraced fisherman’s cottage offers a comfortable home from home for a family or a couple. The five minute walk to the harbour and coastal path and 10 minute walk to the beach make it perfect for those wishing to explore Porthleven, including families with young children.

The living room, with its feature electric fire, is a cosy place to relax after a busy day out. The fully furnished kitchen offers everything you need for making home cooked meals to enjoy in the open plan living room/diner, which includes a four-person dining table. The TV has a smart-stick and there is also a bluetooth speaker.

Outside the kitchen door is an enclosed, gravel courtyard with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee in the fresh Cornish air.

Upstairs the master bedroom has a comfortable king bed, whilst the second bedroom has bunk beds. Both rooms have ample draw and hanging space. There is a new family bathroom with a bath, rainfall shower, and heated towel rail.

Child friendly features will make those with young children feel at home, dogs are also welcome. There is un-allocated on-street parking directly outside the cottage, and a permit for reserved parking at The Ship Yard.
