Previously owned by a Master Mariner and later his son it has now been lovingly restored by its current owners who have retained many of its Georgian features.

As you arrive and park in the drive way, take a moment to breathe in the fresh Cornish seaside air. Entering from the rear of the property you will find a large utility / boot room with an ajoining WC. To the right you will then enter into the hall way of this beautiful home.

To the right is the family sized kitchen offering a modern, light and sunny space fully equipped with everything an enthusiastic cook would need for creating lovely meals. The new extension has been created with family in mind and provides an open plan kitchen and dining area to make it easy to spend quality time together during family meals. The large wooden table will easily fit everyone in the family and the skylight keeps the space light with a spacious feel.

The entrance hall leads to two reception rooms. The living room to the right is a peaceful, cosy space with a wood burning stove for those who want to relax with a glass of wine, read or play games without distraction.  The second reception room, to the left, provides comfy sofas and a TV for entertainment. The perfect place for the children to enjoy some downtime after a busy day out sightseeing.

Stable doors lead from the entrance hall to a lovely garden. Looked on by both reception rooms, the enclosed garden at the front of the house catches the sun for most of the day. The garden is mostly lawned providing the perfect outdoor space for families to enjoy together playing games or dining alfresco in the evening. In the morning it is the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful coffee.

Going inside, you leave the ground floor via a sweeping flight of stairs to the landing upstairs. The comfortable beds, crisp white linen and carpeted floors give the bedrooms a luxurious feel. The master bedroom with a king size bed looks onto the garden as does the large twin room. The third bedroom faces the back of the house. The corridor leads to the family bathroom with a bath and separate shower.  A second flight of stairs leads to the loft where there is another bedroom, bathroom and games room
